Our students from Foundation to Year 6 had the blessing to participate in a special Easter presentation in the Performing Arts Centre (PAC), delivered by the Schools Ministry Group (SMG).
The presentation provided students with an opportunity to reflect on the meaning and significance of Easter while engaging in age-appropriate learning and discussion.
SMG’s work extends beyond individual presentations and workshops. The organisation partners with educators, families, and school communities to help foster cultures of purpose, value, and hope. Through strengthening wellbeing foundations, SMG supports young people to make positive choices, build resilience through challenges, and flourish throughout every stage of life.

It was a wonderful time for us all! Here’s what our students had to say:
It was so inspiring to hear about how God’s word changes so many people’s lives. The message was deep and really touched my heart. It was amazing to hear the story about how Jesus was resurrected. Josh
I learnt about the emotions that Jesus’s friends felt when he died, and I also learnt further about the full story of easter. Max T
Jesus sacrificed himself for us. Wenxin
It showed me that not everything is about chocolate eggs and that God is the light to our world. Sienna V
The service was a really fun way to learn about Easter and the way they presented it was the right mixture of older kids and younger kids. Yasmin
The Easter story is really good because Jesus gave up his life to save us from sin. My favourite part of the story is when Jesus comes back to life. Cadence
